Tania Isaac (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.taniaisaac.com. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can opt to select and book any of the following services: channeling, pet communication, reiki, specialized healing, private yoga instruction (individual or group), and group workshops or classes (online and or in-person).

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information collected via Technology
To view or select a Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information. To use the Service thereafter, you will need to submit further Personal Information, which may include: your email address, payment option and any additional details required on a Form that may pertain to the Service. Any and all information submitted in an online form (Intake/Insight Form) will not be disclosed to a third party. That is strictly for the benefit of the client (you the individual) and Tania Isaac (the Company) to support the process of your session.
2. Information you provide us by subscribing to our monthly newsletter
In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the free Monthly Newsletter you will need to provide an email address. You can subscribe by registering and entering your email address. By registering your email address, you are authorizing us to collect, use and store your email address for the purpose of the Monthly Newsletter in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You have the right to unsubscribe from the Monthly Newsletter at any time.
3. Children’s Privacy
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications, Scheduling software and third party payment companies such as Venmo, PayPal or Square, who are provided access to the user's email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. Non-Personal Information can be the number of clicks upon a link within the Monthly Newsletter to see if our communication style and content is connecting to the clientele. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion in the future.

As part of the Testimonials, there may be links related to a profession of the individual whose testimony has been provided.
